During the 2010-11 school year, there are 30 charter schools operating in Denver Public Schools. There are four new charter schools opening in the 2011-12 school year.
Denver Public Schools also contracts with educational service providers who operate contract schools. There is currently one contract school operating within Denver Public Schools.
